The government is only providing the family with food which is however not sufficient to sustain them for the whole month.

******************************************* INTERNATIONAL ART QUILTS, DISPLAY IN GABORONE Artists from Botswana and United States display fabric art. Opening Thursday November 12th, for 10 days,
at Botswanacraft Gallery, the second annual display of art quilts from Botswana and United States of America. Distinguished fabric artist Cindy Friedman of Fiber Revolution, a group of professional textile artists promoting Fiber Arts, collaborates with local fabric artist and entrepreneur Jenny Healy of Kalahari Quilts. The well-known ethnic dolls of Tebogo Puni Mosinyi give an additional dimension to this display. The two local artists unite international fabric techniques with Botswana themes to produce unique works of art. New to the exhibition will be work of artists drawn in through LETSELA, a pilot project in which collaboration between Kalahari Quilts and Botswana Department of Arts and Culture will extend the scope of fabric arts in Botswana. The Knight of men AT BOTSWANA CRAFT aims at creating punchy awareness to men’s health.
