LaTimmy is one of the most recognised musicians in Botswana with a career that has spanned over fourteen years. Born Timothy Sabutha, LaTimmy started his music career in 2004 as a DJ in Francistown under Bunzonic Records. After realising his destiny, he relocated to Gaborone and established his record label, Beat Mechanix, where he produced his own music.
LaTimmy’s reputation for consistently making quality music has resulted in an online following of over 75000 fans. His popularity catapulted him into a career as an MC, where he takes advantage of his status as a crowd puller. Through his musical performances, studio works and TV appearances, LaTimmy embraces the very idea of being multi-talented.
